Today the clever folks at Arc90 and Readability have taken the wraps off their latest experiment. It’s called Readlists.
Readlists are editable lists of links, articles, and content from across the Web that you can easily transform into ebooks, usable wherever you like. Add some links, click a button, and boom—you’ve got an iBooks-ready ePub you can read and annotate on your iPhone, or that Kindle sitting on your nightstand.
Sounds handy, right? This is curation functionality that I’ve wanted for a long time, and I was delighted to beta test it along with some other very smart folks. You can check out my featured Readlist, a quick catch-up on last week’s HTML5 responsive image kerfuffle. Or better yet, start building and sharing your own.
